Hello Exit collects only the information we need to evaluate your business and respond to your inquiry - name, email, phone, business details you choose to share. We never sell or rent your data. Anything you share during a deal evaluation is held in strict confidence and used solely to advise on your transaction. Engagement letters for advisory services are separate written agreements signed by both parties.
Every buyer engagement on a Hello Exit listing requires a signed mutual NDA. We use a standard buyer NDA covering confidential information disclosed during evaluation, with carve-outs for publicly available information and independently developed knowledge. Sellers receive a counterpart NDA from us covering everything we learn during the engagement. Email hello@helloexit.com to request the current NDA template.
Buyers introduced to off-market listings agree not to circumvent Hello Exit or solicit the seller directly outside of the introduced process for the duration of the engagement. Standard buyer intro terms are issued alongside the buyer NDA when an introduction is requested.
Hello Exit pays referral fees for qualified seller referrals that result in a closed engagement. Terms vary by deal size and are documented in writing for each referral relationship. Email hello@helloexit.com if you'd like to refer a seller.
Access to our off-market deal flow is governed by a separate platform agreement covering acceptable use, confidentiality, and data handling. Members agree not to share deal information outside their organization or use the platform to circumvent Hello Exit on any introduced opportunity.
