We’re constantly sourcing off-market deals for our Dedicated Sourcing clients, in a variety of segments with an EV between $5m to $100m. They get the first right of refusal for anything we source on their behalf, but anything they decide not to pursue goes out to the off-market deals list.
It’s success fee only (using the Lehman Formula) for these deals and no retainer or up-front fee to get on the distribution list. After signing the agreement below, you’ll automatically begin receiving notifications about new off-market deals as they become available. You simply let me know you want an intro and I’ll introduce you to the Founder or CEO so you can discuss the possibility of acquiring their business.
The success-fee-only option doesn’t include any exclusivity. So while you get access to off-market deals you wouldn’t otherwise see, there may be other people asking for an introduction as well. If you want exclusivity on a deal, you can purchase an Exclusivity Membership for $2500/yr.
The Exclusivity Membership allows you to have exclusive access to one deal at a time for as long as your membership is current. We send the off-market notifications to the Exclusivity Members first and then if anyone wants an exclusive intro we make those on a first come, first served basis.
After 24 hours, if none of the Exclusivity Members have asked for an exclusive intro, we send the notification to the main distribution list. You can upgrade to an Exclusivity Membership at any time. So if you see a deal on the main distribution list and want exclusivity on it, you can upgrade at that time and we’ll make an exclusive intro on a first come, first served basis here as well.
We take all buy-side clients’ acquisition criteria into account when doing our deal sourcing, so you’ll hopefully see some deals that match exactly what you’re looking for on the distribution list. And if you want to see significantly more deals that match, you can upgrade to our Dedicated Sourcing services for $5,000/mo.
As long as this subscription is active, we’ll build a custom database for you every week and dedicate a portion of our sourcing efforts specifically to your target acquisition criteria. You’ll receive first right of refusal on any deals we source from this database and can have exclusivity on any number of deals simultaneously.
All Dedicated Sourcing fees are subtracted from the success fee at the time of closing, so this is only a sunk cost if you don’t ever close on a deal.
Note: We only have one Dedicate Sourcing client per segment (SaaS, Agency, Ecomm, etc.), and only source in segments where we have a client. So if we don’t currently have a Dedicated Sourcing client in your target segment, you won’t see any off-market deals until we do.
